Materials
At KAWI we transform high-performance technical materials into precision components using advanced CNC milling and sawing machines.
Each material has unique properties that we expertly apply across industries such as manufacturing, construction and engineering.
The materials we process for our clients include:
Monalite – High-density calcium silicate insulation boards with high maximum classification temperatures, making them suitable for use in components for the aluminium industry, as well as in foundry, furnace, glass industry and other thermal processing applications.
Promatect – Fire-resistant calcium silicate boards, characterized by long-term stability, durability, and dimensional accuracy. Commonly used in construction, installation technology and mechanical engineering.
Promaseal – A heat-reactive and intumescent (foam-forming) graphite-based laminate for fire-resistant sealing of joints, seams, connections and openings.
Duratec XP – A glass-reinforced calcium silicate — strong, wear-resistant, with excellent thermal stability, high electrical resistance, high density and non-combustible properties. Perfect for heavy mechanical and induction applications.
In addition to the materials listed above, we can also process other materials such as wood, plaster and plastic.
